Abstract

Face-to-face meetings are one of the most efficient knowledge-sharing activities. The aim of our research is to create a method for sharing the content offace-to-face meetings, including multimedia data, after a meeting hasbeen held, and to make possible efficient browsing, arrangement, andediting using semantic tags. The tagging of the meeting content is classifiedinto two types: on-time annotation and on-line annotation.We describe a method and devices for on-time annotation of meeting content by the meeting's participants, introduce a framework for on-line annotation of such content derived from the browsing, arranging, and editing activitiesof multiple users.
